Site analysis & selection support

We identify the right location

Every hotel needs the right strategic location. We are experienced in the selection of the right project sites.

tristar is looking for locations which fulfil the following criteria:

  • Cities with preferably more than 100.000 inhabitants
  • Proximity to city centres or transport hubs,
  • Walking distance to public transport connections
  • Excellent connectivity
  • Urban infrastructure

Contract negotiations

We close tailor-made contracts

After diligent evaluation, tailor-made contracts are negotiated and closed for each individual hotel project. We make sure that the interest of each stakeholder is considered throughout this process. We focus on the long-term operation of hotel properties and therefore take on the operational risks ourselves.

 

Interior design planning, construction supervision, recruitment, marketing strategy development and openings

We ensure successful hotel openings

We take care of the entire pre-opening phase, from the construction phase to the hotel opening. We oversee the construction phase with future operational processes in mind. We take responsibility for the planning of the interior design as well as the tendering and implementation of FF&E, we hire the right staff and develop the right marketing strategy. Moreover, we are the interface between constructor and franchisor.

The operational procedures for our brands are highly standardised throughout the construction phase, optimised for cost assurance. Through in-time decision-making concerning the project planning we avoid expensive replanning and delays in construction.
